I currently operate one of the busiest para-legal practices in Gauteng, specializing in Criminal Law, Labour Law, Wills and Estates, Business Law, Debt Collecting, Family Law and Divorce Disputes and mediation, Child Interviews, Child Custody Disputes, Child Maintenance, Parenting Plans, Medical Malpractice Dispute Mediation ( Expert Witness in medical claims). I practice in conjunction with 8 other attorneys (associates) who are all specialists in their respective fields. I am known as a practitioner that has "taken on" matters that others may have deemed impossible to mediate and have come up trumps every time. My ability to research matters for litigation is well respected in the law areana. I have appeared on Carte Blanche Medical with Derek Watts due to my extensive knowledge in the neuro field. I have also appeared as a guest on Radio 702 and several other radio stations around the country.
Litigation plays a major roll in my practice. Please note: not all divorces have to go to the High Court, Lower courts can be utilized thus saving thousands of rands.
